9:27:14 AM Planner Warren Vaughan Staff report, Condition #9 states, "Applicant shall obtain an approved weed management plan..." and, "A Memorandum of Understanding shall be signed between the Weed Control District and Applicant..." A weed management plan has been done and the MOU is in the process of getting done. They are waiting for a couple of signatures. Suggests approval of final plat contingent upon receiving the signed MOU. Also, Condition #14 states, "Applicant shall install sidewalk (in Phase I), curb, and gutter as proposed in the application within the boundaries of each individual phase." This version of the condition is an old version and was changed in 2009. It should read, "Applicant shall install curb and gutter or other appropriate drainage systems within the boundaries of Phase 2." The applicant has met these requirements.

With that motion I would address Condition #9 and the language in there talks about that there needs to be an MOU signed with the Weed Control District and the Applicant and my motion would make approval contingent upon receiving the signatures of that MOU, Memorandum of Understanding.
